Let’s Circus are proud to bring the following artists, companies and activities to Hardwick Live’s family programme in 2019.
Davey Brown is a Newcastle based artist who specialises in stylish portraits of music legends.
The exhibition is coming to Hardwick Live Festival. It's also going to Colonel Porters in Newcastle, before heading back to Ibiza where it is being held at the beautiful Las Mimosas which is owned by the Cafe Mambo Group. The owner, Javier Anadon, invited Davey to hold the exhibition there and he has also commissioned Davey to do five DJ portraits which are to be displayed in Cafe Mambo.
The exhibition is called 'The History Of House' and will feature the early US DJs such as Frankie Knuckles and Tony Humphries, the iconic clubs/parties, the whole Ibiza scene from the beginning and legendary UK DJs like Danny Rampling, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules and many more.
As well as working on canvas, Davey Brown also produces high quality wall murals. With a number of exciting forthcoming projects both at home and abroad, Davey Brown really is an artist on the up.
